YES and the cola should benefit the patron, not the merchant. I clearly understand that merchants are also patrons, however, not every patron is a merchant.

I feel like they should raise it because at some of the jobs people work at they are not happy about how much they are getting paid so I feel like all jobs should raise the minimum wage.
